Default Boot recommendation?

Hey everyone! I am hoping you all can recommend me some different boots to get. My 2 year old riding boots are taking a dump on me. They have laces and zippers on the sides. The one zipper on the left boot won't stay up and the right boot's zipper split down the middle and won't stay connected.

I am looking for a motorcycle boot that:
  • Has a steel toe
  • NO zippered side. Only laces
  • Black in color
  • Goes up at least past my ankle

Look forward to hearing some suggestions!

I bought some Doc Martens steel toe lace ups a few months ago and they are working out really well for me. I had a pair years ago when I was in high school and they lasted for years. I'm hoping these have the same longevity. I got mine at Academy.

Matterhorns! You can get them with Gore-Tex lining and never have to worry about bad weather...as far as your feet go.

Redwing 971 motorcycle boots fits your request. I will never buy another riding boot other than them.

The only problem I have with Dr Martens is that when it gets cold, 50 degrees or so, the soles get hard, which makes them a little slippery on smoth asphalt.
