Been using redline shockproof it TC trannys for years. Great results.

Heavy, Light or Superlight?

Heavy is so thick on a cool day, I had to cut a larger hole in my funnel to get it to run into the tranny. Seems mighty viscous to me.

I have only used the Heavy. Yep, stuff is thick.

Does anyone know where I can purchase the Redline in So. Ca.? I live in the Beaumont/Palm Springs area.

I've seen some gripes about redline being too heavy and not adequately lubricating all the gears in the tranny.

Maybe heavy is not the best? Yey/ney?

Switched over to their transmission fluid with Shockproof this Summer. Didn't notice a difference but figure I'll keep running it since I ordered 3 extra quarts.

i have a 2013 xl1200x (48)....

if i wanted to completely switch to redline after my 1k...

what would i get?

So what's the recommended one? Heavy, Lightweight or Superlight? Would the temps you ride in make any difference? If I'm riding in 100-110 temps would it be smarter to go with the Heavy?
