Just don't buy those patch work type, they will come apart on ya. Mine did. They are a lot cheaper, but not worth it. Jackets too.

I have bought a vest, a jacket and two pair of gloves from Fox Creek. I don't have chaps, but if I were looking to buy chaps, I'd be looking at Fox Creek.

I have the naked leather chaps from Leatherup. They are about 2-3mm thick. Don't remember what I paid for them, but they have served well enough in cool to cold temperatures that I am pleased with the purchase. Have had them for about two years. They are a bit too heavy for summer riding though I have worn them when going for longer rides on the Interstate.
