I am origanly from San Rafael CA North Of San Fransisco i was in imission testing i made a mistake (humin error) not an ileagle one they are serious about it it ended up costing me $4500and my shop $6,000 for a mistake they are after all who don't folow there rules i am superised JJ went that long with out getting busted then one of my workers did it oops he paid $4500 shop Paid $12,000 second offence they were almost 2 years apart the part that i don't get that a shop doun the streete did ileagle smogs got busted for a bunch they only closed his smog buisness part for 30 days and $2500 fine ? why so little ? he had no deep pockets
if you have been in certin parts of CA mostly seen in southern CA you almost can not breath i can see some what what there are doing
But my impreasion of EPA is a bunch of epa people running as fast as they can to a cliff jumping off then looking how far down it is
i do belive we should conserve not worship the creation

Nice story on brain bucket magazine that was listed here, I remember JJ first episode wow great so was the second, saw a bit more, butwas less than impressed then came the Monster Garage series, one I was watching, it showed JJ buying a pretty clean ’57 chevy done up fairly well, but as I remember JJ brought this at a local car show I think in NY, the guy who sold it to him, was thinking JJ would put in the extra money (which he didn’t have) and do it up real good, JJ when paying the guy just look side-ways at the camera and smiled, this AH took a ’57 chevy and hack it up to pick up golf ***** or something else, I couldn’t believe it, this clown took a classic and butchered it up to make a one time tv show, that is when I never watch him again.

That sucks! It is just that plain and simple. I'll never be convinced that a small 2 cylinder motorcycle will pollute the air THAT much! You ever stopped and watched factories and plants and how much pollution they put out![:@] Tim

 

JJ is an azzhole. I watched him on some talk show badmouth Harleys for about five minutes. He's a scumbag IMO. As for CA being screwed up, I wish about 3/4 of the people there would move east so I could afford to live there with that great weather and beautiful scenery. Come on you left coasters, you are fools to live there, move to Jersey or Florida, just don't move to Texas or New Mexico, we don't need any more people.

 

The only thing good about California is that I am not forced to live there. Talk about a state whose primary production is fruits and nuts. [:'(]
