I bought this bike used and it came with these cool wheels and matching rotors, 25K miles later the front rotor is warping and I need it replaced. Would like to match the rotor to the set but can't find a manufacturer. Can anybody identify the wheel and rotor?

Check Custom Chrome. They sold Weld Racing Wheels and that looks like one of theirs.
