How many of you guys and gals are planning on riding to Milwaukee next year for the 110th celebration? I am fortunate enough to live on the south side of Milwaukee where all of the festivities occur. Just curious to see who all plans to attend and from how far away you are traveling. Would also be curious to see where most of you people will be staying. I'm sure most, if not all hotels in the area are booked solid for that week already.

Yep. Nice suburb by the airport. Lots of places to eat and other hotels close by.

 

I'm planning on it. A good friend of mine lives in Milwaukee, so I've got a place to sleep it off.

 

We have been offered somewhere to stay so will ride up there for fun.

 

Wife and I are going with 4 other couples. We are staying in Racine at the Knights Inn. Same place we stayed in 2008. We were there in 2003 also, stayed in Sheboygan that time......

 

The wife and I will be making the ride down. Hell it's only 65 miles and we have family in the area just in case we party to hardy.

 

We talked about going, but after talking to some friends who went we decided not to. I guess as i get older i dont like really big crowds.

 

Did the 100th and the 105th, was disappointed at both (can you say Elton John?) If I do go I'm not gonna waste my money on the official package this time. We spent most of our time at the 105th in Waukesha Wi at concerts that were free instead. The only official thing we did was the Kid Rock concert at the ballpark. I've got friends in Elm Grove so I'm going to wait till it gets closer to decide whether to go or not.

 

This will be my first time having a bike and living here (Milw) I may have to head out of town so I can ride in.
