Hi lads,
I thinking about swap my lovely Street Bob. I need something bigger with panniers...better for a trip. I dont know what to do, is it better to buy stuff for my biike or buy something like a Road King...anybody had a same problem?

I swapped a Fat Bob for a Street Glide.
BEST thng I've ever done. Dealer gave me what I paid for the Fat Bob nearly a year later.....with 4300 miles on it. Of course...I did put some big cash down on the Fat Bob so that made it easier for the dealer....that and at the time, the 2012's were just sitting in showrooms......I bought the Street Glide just after Christmas.

Really no comparisome in ride and comfort. Especially with the wife on the back and all loaded down for a vacation. I love baggers.......Always thought I was more of a sportbike guy...But, The Glide is exactly what I want to ride.

 

No brainer. Go with street glide. I just traded my '12 fatboy for a '13 SG and I love it. Much more comfortable and fun to ride

 

dont waste your time or money trying to make your dyna something its not. Upgrade to the bigger bike, you wont regret it. Plus, if you ever want to sell your dyna, you will get almost nothing in resale for all the touring add ons

 

I traded my Street Bob in on a Road King last year. Much better ride!!

 

Lads, thanks! I still got my street bob, damn, can`t sell it...affection or something, my first Harley...But when I see Electra Standard or Road King can`t stop thinking about them.
Hopefully this is last year with SB and then will be something bigger.
All I wanna do is ad power commander and thats all.

I kept my Street Bob when I got the Street Glide. But if I was only able to keep one it would be the Stret Glide.
