Need a new leather:(((((
I am, sadly and gladly, looking for a new leather. I have lost alot of weight and have gone from a very tigght fitting 3XXX Kerr, race style, black leather that I have had for the past 15 years and still is in great shape. Now I have dropped down to a large. I feel much better and life is good but the cold weather here is right around the coner. Before I returned for work I bought a light textile HD jacket for the warm weather riding here in TOrreon mexico, but it will not be good enough come december.
1. Can I get the orginal Kerr refitted, can that happen?
2. I like a very heavy weight jacket what are you riding with. DO they make a 2.0 mm or larger leather jacket?

I doubt you could get the Kerr refitted without a huge expense. May be cheaper just to buy a new one. And your pockets would be in your armpits.
Leather jackets can be had cheaply. Good leather jackets will cost an arm and a leg (horsehide is the best). Shop around to all the standard accessory houses online and decide what's best for your wallet.

I bought this vest from this guys. It is very nice....and heavy. If you can buy a jacket made with this leather from these people you will be pleased. The only advice I would give if you should decide to purchase your jacket from these folks would be to CALL then and tell them all the measurments they need for a proper fit. Their size chart was not very accurate in my case. Once I got the right size I love it

What's your current chest size? I was dealing for Fox Creek for awhile in Japan and I have some leftovers that I could let go cheap. Can't guarantee that I have your size or the style you like, but give me your size and I'll shoot you some photos if I have something.
