Now that fall has arrived and the leaves are starting to fall, watch out for the leaves! They can be just as bad as gravel when riding over them! Doesn't matter if the leaves are wet or dry. As always, ride safe!

Good point. Saturday is supposed to be 70 around here. My poor bike only had 1600 miles on it. Been a very busy summer. So this Saturday I wanna add a couple hundred more. The fall is my favorite time to ride but we do need to remember the leaves. Ride safe.

Just like the first nice day in spring sand/cinders collect collect in the bottom of turns. After the first good rain during fall all the nice wet leaves collect at the bottoms of turns.

pucker factor goes up

What are these things you call leaves? We have little trees here and don't have much to do with leaves here but if I plan on going out to east tx you best believe I will be watching for the pine needles that like to pile up out there.
