Has anyone here installed the Harley Davidson Electra Glo footboard Inserts yourself?
Is it drop in ready?
How difficult is it to do and is it worth it in the end?

I think that's a question only you can answer. Do you like accent lighting enough to spend the money and install them? To me, they don't look that hard to install, but I personally can't stand accent lighting on Harleys. That's just me, tho...

 

I've done it. Pretty much plug and play. Nothing complex and I'm far from an expert mechanic.

I like the blue footboards though.

 

Thanks. I like the blue LED's too. Lemme guess. Nobody likes the jack? I just use it for cleaning and it works great.
