Touring throttle body on Dyna?
#3
Well, this much I know: touring models have a larger diameter TB than Dyna models, late model touring models have TBW whereas Dynas are cable so I am pretty sure comparing part numbers won't tell me anything sooo.............anyone ever try it? I guess a pre TBW would be more likely to be compatible ya?

i did'nt think they were any different besides the TBW.. a dealer or performance shop would be the only place to get an answer to that.. if there was much advantage to it, you would think there would already be info about it on here.

Let us know what you find out.

I thought so as well until I started reading that (very long) fuel moto thread over in the touring forum and noticed that the touring models were consistantly getting more hp/tq than others with the same or similar BB kit/cam combinations then noticed that they have a larger diameter throttle body which makes me wonder if one of those will fit or will it be better to fit a SE TB or just bore out the stock one.
