Depends on how to clean the microparticles out of it and also what that filtration capacity is in microns.

They don't think that is important. Besides, for $199 I can buy over 20 chrome filters.

At 5 to 6k per change thats a lot of miles.

If an oil filter costs you $8 then for that $200 you can buy 25 oil filters. At a recommended change interval of 5K miles that equates to 125,000 miles before you break even and start to save money. I don't see it being worth it.

$200 bucks for an oil filter? I don't think so. Theres a review of it in the new issue of Street Chopper.

I feel if you use the standard harley filter, that it can't get much better. The high cost units are nothing more than a ploy. Smaller than the 5 micron filters will clog fast and then what do you have?

Good catch but I would not go 5K miles before I change my oil....And I use a good synthetic.
