Ya know, I always wonder when I hear "old school," what the hell is that? I've been on Harleys for over 50 years, and I don't remember EVER seeing one with the pipes wrapped with that butt ugly tape **** until the past few years when all these "custom" builders started doing it.............must have been my mispent youthful ways and I missed all that! Kind of like why Bob Dylan ever got popular............everyone was high and didn't realize just how bad he is/was!

 

I'm with you on that, and I got 48 years under my butt, I think the term old school came out of the mouth of daddy tuttle at OCC..cause I never heard it untill they hit the airwaves, but then I live in the midwest and sometimes we are a couple of years behind those on the left coast.
