Actually, I believe in the opposite of what people think about bitching. I bitch about things I DON'T have control over 'cause I feel helpless to change 'em. I don't bitch about things I HAVE control over--if I don't like 'em, I CHANGE 'em, or I shut up.

Same with voting. People say if you don't vote, you have no right to complain about the douchebags in office. I believe the way Carlin did--If I didn't vote for the guy, I am NOT responsible for putting the POS in office, so I have every right to complain because YOU put the POS in office with your votes; I didn't!
