Well my seat was ready to come off screw was lose. How often do you check your bolts? How can I tighten a chrome bolt and not scratch it?

What tools do I need? Want a quality torque wrench.

 

blu loctite will do the trick, hand tight on a seat bolt, firm tightness, dont over do it, with a few drops of blue loctite it wont loosen up.
