Default Lowering

Hey motorheads
I would like to lower just the rear of my '05 Ultra Classic, would like to go about 1 1/2" but not the front. Would this cause problems and anyone have info on a kit that uses the stock air shocks?
Thanks in advance

Default RE: Lowering

There are many lowering kits out there. White Brothers is probably the most popular. 1 1/2 inches could get you into problems with a passanger. Just have to try it. Mine is lowered 1 1/4 inch with no problems as long as I run a minimal amout of air in my shocks (approx. 15 psi). When I ride solo I ride with 0-5 psi.

You can lower the rear without lowering the front with no problems. I think it looks better to lower both but that is just my opinion.
