100% happy. If I had not switched to HD from Japanese 'supersports' machines, I would have probably done myself some serious damage, riding at a ridiculously illegal speed. I get to where I'm going feeling relaxed and calm now, something that never happened whilst riding 'performance' machines.
I could have written this. I went from a 2006 Suzuki SV650 to my 2007 Super Glide for two reasons. I always wanted a Harley and the SV650 was going to kill me if I didn't trade it for something "more relaxed". Just running up through the gears, on the SV650, brought on 80-90 mph speeds. Plus, the front brakes were semi-dangerous. Not because they were weak but because they were too strong! Two finger braking, only!

The Harley accelerates and stops like an automobile. A fast automobile! I can putt along at 40-50 mph, on my Super Glide, and smell the roses. I love it, so far.

i am happy with my purchase. 07 street glide. cant wait for it to be delivered and the weather to warm back up.

Let's just say that I am only following family tradition.
Grandpa had several Harleys before he died, Dad has a Harley (Heritage), Mom has a Harley(Heritage), Brother has a Harley (night train). Uncle has a Harley (electraglide), Cousin has a Harley (Fatboy), Nephew has a Harley (lowboy), wife and son both have buells. Wife is buying her first Harley this summer/fall. Son wants a sportster.

Absolutely. My wife is the one that surprised me. She went from you'll never get me on that thing to i can't (not that i want to) get her off of it. I bought it as a me thing and it's turned out to be a we thing.

You Beat!!!! Had a 1993 Gold Wing for 13 years before I got the SG. I knew I would never sell it. Had 89,000 mileson it and it was set up just the way I wanted it. I just wanted somthing to ride around home that was easier to get around town with. Well after 4 months on the SG and the Wing just setting in the corner I decided to sell it. I have never regreted it.

I Love my Street Glide!!!!!!
