The new HD dealership opened by my house and there are 3 women at the parts counter. I'm not trying to dis women but you better go in there and know exactly what you want. They were getting rushed and the owner had to come over and help out....

FordPartsGuy, I share your pain, I'm a ford parts guy also. I've been in the dealership biz for about 4 years and thats been enough for me.

At our dealership and the ones in Eastern Canada and the Eastern US, the highest i've seen paid was $15 per hour and it is very rare that a dealership would offer the parts guys commision.
