Best wife in the world
I recently stripped and rebuilt the exhaust system on the Glide, new gaskets etc., at the time it was 100+ temps and before I started I commented on how hot it was going to be in the barn working on the bike, wife suggested we move some furniture and bring the bike into the front room of the house to do the work. I did it in the barn but she makes me smile, who here has a wife like that?

Me. 30 years wed and we still like each other - and she is cool about the bike even though she has little/no interest: she was prepared to give over a room IN the house to the bike, and came up with a great alternate plan when that turned out not to be possible.
We have a road trip planned: she wanted to go to a quilt store, checks out the local area to find a Harley dealership so I don't have to hang around losing the will to live: compromise, everyone wins!

Me. When I bought the bike, Harley finance wanted more of a deposit than I could afford. My woman kicked in the extra and made it possible to get my dream bike.

When I got back from cruise in October 2010, my wife suggested that I get the bike I've always dreamed of owning, an Ultra Classic.
I started looking at the used bikes, figuring on keeping the costs down. After going to a couple dealers to look at bikes, one salesman found a used bike at one of their affiliated dealers & said that they could get it down there in a couple days, then mentioned they had the 2011 bikes in their showroom and we were welcome to take a look at them.
Went inside to take a look, found a really nice 11 Ultra; I wasn't even going to ask the price until my wife prodded me to: Then said "Why don't you just get the new bike?"
2011 FLHTCU came home with me that evening.

Me....my wife got tired of the little back seat on the FXR and said she would buy us a bagger. The Road Glide costs me .43 cents a month (I put a stamp on the envelope)

Stamps must be cheaper where you live......over here they are .45 cents. ?? Unless she is that awesome she even kicks in another .02 cents.
Congrats!! and enjoy that Glide

Do electronic payment from your bank and stop wasting 43 cents / month.
