If there not returning your calls how did they tell you to take it somewhere else? Ride over there and be waiting when they open!

Hey you are correct!! Ha Ha! I guess typing while pissed does not work out too well for me... Ride Wright did great last week with me trying to get this 18x4.25 wheel to work but when we found out it just wont they wont even speak to me... They told me to call Superior which wont return my calls and who has never returned calls on this problem.. I wish I had time to ride to CA!! That would be a nice trip!! Thanks for the reply soft 02!!

Sorry man. Hit or miss with those guys. I was just being a smart ***. You always take a chance dealing on line. Squeaky wheel gets the grease.

Thanks bud... We will see how this pans out. Its a big chunk of change to lose if they do not respond. Guess all I can do is warn other people before purchasing. One month of downtime too, going crazy not being able to ride!!

something else to the story here. RW would drop a dealer that treated you like that and help you out if all is legit. I've done too much business with them to believe something else is not up

I sure hope you are right. Like I said, they were great last week. I just thought it was kind of crappy the guy wouldnt even speak to me today. I left him a detailed message about the problem over the weekend, waited all day for a call and nothing until I called them right before closing. Then just told his secretary to have me call the dealer. I dont ask much at all just to know that the problem will be fixed.

the people at ridewright are outstanding and very up front people, have never seen them not straighten out an issue that is their fault, and even do the same when its not their fault. they might be closed today but try again tomorrow. again very upright and of highest integrity
