Chicago Harley Davidson
Anyone else every used them to buy accessories? (with all due respect to our sponsors on this site)
They offer 20% off plus no shipping charge (they do lay a handling charge on you!)
I saved about $60.00 on a recent order vs. what I would have paid at my local dealerhship. Ordered a new horn, rear axle covers, swing arm trim kit, windsheld bag, and some valve stem covers and a voltage regulator cover.
Not the speediest processing of the order,as it just shipped yesteday and I ordered it a week ago. I'll let you know how it arrives.

I use Chicago HD quite a bit, but since I live in Illinois, I have to pay the sales tax. I get 20% off at Chrystal River HD in Florida and pay no sales tax and no shipping or handling on orders over $300.

Chicago HD is fine and reliable. Reason they take longer in filling orders is that htey physically do not have much space and consequently do not inventory it, but order it in on your order and then it goes right back out when it it comes into their shop. Smart way of running a business I'd say, they undertand "just in time" pretty well!!

Grea to know there are other sources. Can't say I blame them for ordering it when they get our orders. Minimizes their holding costs and allows them to pass on the discount. My order is due on 8/10. Took about the amount of time they said it would. I'm fine with that as long as the parts arrive as promised. I'll wait for the parts for the discount.

I guess everyone has their preference, I've found that Zanotti's in Butler PA is consistently 20 or more % off HD list, service is quick and fair charges for shipping and handling.
