Wheeldock EZUP centerstand..dissappointing customer service.

BBStacker.... Below is a copy/paste right off the Wheeldock web site.




*By placing a 3/8 inch spacer (such as a piece of plywood) below the stand you will have the rear wheel free of the ground for free rotation and cleaning.

So there was no mod done by me on using this product. I really do like the center stand and will still offer my opinion to others asking for input. But now to be fair and objective, my experience will have to include both the good and the bad of the stand. Isn't that what anyone would want when asking for a recommendation on something?

I agree with you but I would still buy the stand even i wasn't able to use the plywood which i never have & won't now after your post - This is one of the best options I have ever bought for a motorcycle - as I stated before all of my bikes before the Harley came with a center stand - One of my BMW bikes center stands was electric - just a push of a button - sweet for an old fat white guy - Tom

personally, i'm glad they don't. i prefer the 'cheap *** jiffy stand', which fails much less often than any center stand on the market.

I agree completely, never saw that snippet about the board, I stand corrected.
