Road king or Street glide

Road king or Street glide
Does anyone have to commute through heavy stop and go traffic (say like LA) and if so, would a SG be too much to deal with?
I have a Dyna Superglide Custom and live in Manila, where traffic can be very bad. We typically will ride out in the early am, but the return ride can be a tough 30 to 60 minutes of stop and go traffic in 90 degree weather. I dont have much problem with my superglide (ok for splitting traffic) but am thinking of getting either a RK or SG and am wondering how much harder it would be.
BTW, there are very few baggers here so cant ask around nor have a test ride.

I picked the FLHRC and while I'm very happy with
the bike, I am wishing I had picked the Street Glide. 2 reasons, first I would have liked the gauges on the S. G. because they are higher and more in line with the 'line of sight' and 2nd, for the stereo. I have ridden the S.G. in stop and go traffic and honestly didn't notice much of a difference from the R.K. Only time you might feel the extra front end weight is if you start doing a lot of slow speed turning. Whatever choice you make, you will be happy.

I don't think it's gonna matter much. Visibility is a little better on the RK, and the front end is lighter. Question will be how comfortable you are on either. I think the King is better for long distance riding, but how far ya gonna go on an island, right?

Thanks for the input. We dont put in a lot of long distance riding (longest I have done is 750 km in a day), but will head out at 5:30 and comeback in 12 hours, so a lot of time in the saddle with speeds from nothing to 100+mph. Once we are outside the city, roads are nicer. Just the last hour to get home is hairy.
Will try to get stateside this winter and test ride both if I am lucky.

Those who own a King will tell you the king is best, those who own a SG will tell you that is best. Other than a little bit of weight, they are the same bike. SG front end is a little heavier but you get radio and gauges.
Both bikes are outstanding. Go rent both and decide for your self.

+1 I was pleasantly surprised at the maneuverability. I moved up from a Dyna and can throw the SG around just as easy at slow speeds.
