Dog Tags.
Not long ago one of our members got into a BAD bike accident and the other riders did not know where he lived or much about him so it took a few days for people to locate some of his relatives. Since that happened a lot of us have bought Dog Tags that has contact info such as names and phone numbers. A great thing to have when your riding IMHO.

That is a brilliant Idea. Never even thought about it really, but it is a very good idea to have this information on you. You getting commission on that website, as I am sure they will get several orders from this thread.

I heard about another idea EMS started trying to put into effect in London. Rescue these days also check cell phones to find out who you are and or who to call. The idea is to put the emergency number on your cell under ICE = In Case of Emergency.
sounds like a good idea so that's what I did.

The first place we usually go to ID accident victims is in their wallets. Photo ID is the best.
Lacking any of that, we start with the registration information on the vehicle and work backwards.

I keep the info in my wallet, I figure if they can't find that, I'm up the creek without a paddle anyway. The ICE and ID tag deal is good too, guess it can't hurt to over info yourself, unless you don't want to be found.
