Never thought about naming my bike. BTW, Wilson is classic for the vaccume! Must be a Tom Hanks fan...

 

I was gonna name her Audrey, after an old girlfriend that I rode hard and put up wet, but I thought my wife would get pissed.

And, Dallastx, correct you are about the vacuum cleaner name..it was inspired by the film Castaway.
Here's how Wilson got his name..........I was trying to inspire myself to vacuum this place more often, so I left the vacuum out, sitting near my desk. Thought that would help, but instead, the thing nearly took root. One day I came in and hung my baseball cap on the top of the vacuum-handle, sat down at my desk, and for some reason, decided to rehearse something I was going to say to my boss by saying it to the hat-wearing vacuum cleaner instead. And thus, Wilson was born.

The "Iron Maiden" ...

 

I started to name mine after my ex-wife, but was afraid that would make it too easy to throw a rod in.

I decided to name it "Loretto", in honor of the place my favorite beverage is distilled.

Mine's "Ol' Blue"... It's a '06 Cobalt Blue Softail Deluxe. It's a boy...there's a set of nuts hangin' off the rear mudflap. Chrome ones by the way. Jr.
