The only one on this list that I ran was the PCH in 2010 from Ventura to Monterey & in 2011 from Crescent City to Eureka. Both sections were some of the most scenic of roads I've been on.
This August I'll be heading back out west & I'll be adding -in order-550 Colorado,Angles Crest Hwy. & Beartooth Hwy.

Guess I should have said whick ones I have rode.
1. Blue Ridge Parkway, but not all of it. 444 miles long, This by far is the best of the rides I have been on.
2. The Dragon, speakes for itself.Always fun and plenty of Harley shops in the area.
3. Cherohala Skyway, A very nice ride if your in the area.
4. Natchez Trace, not a demanding ride just peaceful country ride. No trucks no stores, lots to see if you take the time.

The best roads are the ones with little traffic, to me. So as soon as they make "The Best" list they probably should be kicked off the list. I love so many roads in WI it is impossible to name all of them.
Kinda like "Best Hidden Places to Retire". Once they make the list, everything that was good about the town goes downhill.

I ve ridden the Beartooth, BRP from skyline to the end, The Dragon( Just part due to a guy on a buel.) Am going to do rt 550 next month. Each with the exception of the dragon were all unique and as enjoyable. I couldn't pick a favorite. There are way to many roads that are not even mentioned like Iron Mountain Rd, The needles and spearfish canyon that are just as good if not better. Although I would have to say the 470 miles and 110 miles of the BLP and Skyline Drive have to be the best because there are no trucks and few stop signs.
