First thing that came to my mind were the N i k e and Converse military boots. They are said to be amazingly comfy as well.

The best you can buy are the Italian brand , Stylmartin - georgous boots - look up the Stylmartin site pick the ones you like and contact their Irish distributors
www.akb.ie and they will do a cracking deal directly - I have three pairs and they fit like gloves
