Question Oil Mobile 1 PRICING ??

I drive a Tool Truck as my work and I often have access to great pricing in the automotive world ...so I texted my local route stop Mobile 1 oil lube shop, and ask for "V-Twin oil I will buy a case". This is the text messages.

~ Me ...I need a conformation on pricing on the V-Twin oil ...I will buy a case.
~ Them ...Will call you later w/ price.
~ call comes in and goes to voice mail ~ "It's sixty dollars a case"
Back to texting
~ Me ...How many in the case?
~ Them ...Six
~ Me ...Quarts? Holy ****
~ Them ...you got the money
~ Me ...60 dollars to change my oil 1 time for the HD, i am not sure what i would be more proud of the bike or the oil lol.
~ Them ...so what do you want to do
~ Me ...I want to whine for awhile...i must investigate this
~ Me ...I'm still whining...who the hells prices are that, my competitions?
~ Them ...No but now that you said that your price just went up, i gave you that for the knife i bought from you this week.
~ Me ...

Really I went to three local Walmarts over the weekend because my oil is due for change to get Mobile 1, and I found none or pricing. Is this oil really that salty? And what do you get it for.

I just paid $6.59 per quart @ Schucks for 15/50 Mobil 1 synthetic. Whatever the cost, it's cheaper than repairs.

I am assuming that is not V-twin.

Mobil1 V-Twin is a different animal. My last wholesale price for 15 cases (90 qts.) was $6.00/qt. (2008). It's more than that now.
What you're buyin' is everyday Mobil1.

Ridiculous...

Yeah, the sides of the road are littered with bikes and cars that are broken down because they didn`t use synthetic oil...

Find a post on any forum telling of engine damage due to any oil not doing its job.

I paid $64 case (6 quarts) at Mobil1 Racing Store. Shipped.
I think ~$10/qt is about the price for any good fully synth oil.
It's not that buying Amsoil, Red Line, Royal Purple, Motul, etc... sets you up any lower that that.

$60 per case is the normal price around here. I catch it on sale around $6.99 a qt.
Thats the time to stock up. Folks are good about posting the sale on the forum...
This stuff is great for all 3 holes. "Mobil 1 V-Twin 20w50 Syn."
