I wanted to take a moment to give some positive feedback to Capt Itch and Isabel.

I ordered a holster and a crotch cooler a couple weeks ago from them and when they arrived, I was knocked out by the quality of both pieces. Shipping was awesome as well.

I was like a kid in a candy store when they arrived. After playing around with my holster, I went out to install the crotch cooler. Unfortunately, my crotch cooler was not going to fit my Wide Glide correctly so I contacted Larry. He and Isabel communicated with me several times over the phone and we discussed the pictures I sent.

To shorten this story, I wound up riding to their place yesterday (345 mile round trip) on the 4th and they were such gracious hosts. Turned out that my bike had the front mount on the frame for my seat further back than they had seen before and they modified it while I was there.
I think they actually were going to make a new one while I waited if this one was not going to work!! It now fits great and I gotta say, my "boys" were much cooler on the ride home than on the ride there. This thing works great.

Where on earth can you get that type of service, quality and commitment to their customers!! It is hard to find that business ethic anymore.
As I said, the products are outstanding and you can tell how much thought and testing they put into their products. They don't just whip something up and sell it.

On a personal note, Larry and Isabel are two of the finest folks I have ever met. They welcomed me into their shop like I have known them for years. I hope to see them again at some of the rallies they attend

Seriously, if you need any leather product for a bike, you should give them an opportunity. if you are not happy, they will refund your money gladly.

I must agree with you. I ordered my crotch cooler about 2 years ago and it works great! I recently ordered 3 more for three of my friends and I had the pleasure of speaking with Isabel over the phone. If you want to keep the family jewels cool crotch coolers are the way to go.

I agree. I just got one for my Heritage a few weeks ago. I accidentally ordered two (hit the button twice, my mistake). I emailed them & within minutes Isabel responded no worries, they'll cancel one of them. It works great!

BTW, I was at Kunsan (the Kun) in 1994, aka The Wolfpack.

What the hell is a crotch cooler?

 

A piece of leather that slips under the front of the seat and hangs down over the rear cylinder(Jug) That blocks the heat from reaching the Jewels. It also keeps your thigh cooler.

 

Name say's it all, kinda self explanatory....lol

 

I can believe that just by looking at the quality of the very cool drink holder I ordered and the great service in handling my order. Have a holster in mind I'll be ordering from them as well.
