Nice job. Photos were great. One question. Who shot the, both of you together pictures? Asking people to take shots with an unfamiliar camera results in usually bad photos. Just my experience.

I hate you guys!! I'm green with envy of the trip you are about to start!
Nice website, I've found the most funny pic is the one with the make-up "station" your wife is carrying along; I see why you guys needed a trailer...
Nice bike btw, now you triggered my mind about the trailer, it will solve all the luggage issues now that I think of it, damn!
What can I say, enjoy that wonderful trip!! Ride safe

Great site, I’ve been wanting to do something similar as well. I’m completely jealous that you can take nice, big trips like you have planned. I can usually get about 8 days max before I have to do the “work” thing again. I’d be more than happy to make some excellent dining recommendations for when you’re in the Des Moines, Iowa area.

We have a tri-pod and try and take multiple shots at different angles. Not all of them turn out good, we try to post the best ones. At first it sucked putting the camera on a 10 sec. delay and then running over to the bike, but now we can do it pretty fast and it's fun to be creative with it.

We could make the trip without the trailer, kinda like we did on our 17 day trip. But having it allows for us to bring a larger tent, better sleeping pads, a cooler, bigger tri-pod and better camera, and etc. I know that not everyone is "into" the trailer thing. Once you experience what the trailer can do for you, it would be hard not to take it on a long trip.

Awesome web site. You and your wife are very talented. You seem a little too competent to work for the government! I look forward to following your adventures.
