I simply said I don t miss chains, you are the one who got personal, but if you dont like my attitude come over and change it, its due for adjustment anyway, that is unless you like to mouth off behind the computer.

Holy Crap guys. This is a simple thread about chains in the General Harley forum and you guys are going at it like you are in the PROD forum. Grow up. I haven't had to warn a member or lock a thread in this area in a long time. Be considerate of each other. Don't flame each other and no threats or name calling.

I'm not getting involved... To get Back on Topic there is only one thing that I liked about a chain drive vs a belt drive. I never worried about traveling gravel roads with a chain drive. we have a bunch of them in some of the places I ride and I liked blasting down them. I still go down them with my Belt drive, but I don't enjoy inspecting the belt and pullys for small stones and grit. Even with that one issue, for the overwhelming majority of time, I'd rather have the belt.
