Heard rumorsa patent infringement lawsuit had been filed involvingthe makers of leather heat shields. Believe these are made from a piece of aluminum covered with leather & supposed to keep heat from burning a rider's inside thighs. Anyone know anything about this? Personally I don't want to do business with a comapnywho tries to "hog" (no pun intended) the aftermarket accessories. Heck there's enough Harleys & varied tastes to keep everyone happy.

 

hmmm, I haven't heard of the lawsuit. Do you have a link to the website about the lawsuit? Also who is the company that you claim is trying to 'hog' up all the aftermarket accessories?
