Default soldering,and cleaning flux

soldering wires,what you use to clean the flux of the solder joint to prevent corrosion from the burnt flux . or do you not have to clean it when using rosin core solder? thank`s

Never solder wires with flux other than resin-core. At work we never clean them off but if you want to be sure you could clean them with a little alcohol and then spray with PCB laquer. You could go a little further and use heat shrink sleeve (put on before soldering then slide over)

I'm not sure I understand the question. Others may be different but I don't use flux at all. If the wires I want to join have any type of corrosion on them I clean them with muratic acid first. It makes for a cleaner solder joint. I slide a piece of shrink tube on one of the wires before I make the connection.

You can use break cleaner to remove any excess flux and then use a heat shrink over the joint.

Always use rosin-core solder for electronics. The rosin-core flux will not corrode anything. You can leave it without concern. If you don't like how it looks, clean it off with some alcohol.
