Well, I went to the rally for the 1st time in 3 hrs and it sucked! No vendors like it use to be and all the good places ( sbb, beaver bar ) were dead. Only thing that was enjoyable was the ride there and back, Blue ridge parkway and then up the east coast.

 

The weather sucked *****.

One of the local news stations reported that the county only issued 40 something vendor permits this year. That's compared to 80 something last year.

 

Its the ride not the destination!!!!

 

Screw Myrtle beach and Horry county.

Try going to Black Bike Week next time...

 

Yep they are trying to shut it down. Charging the vendors a lot more for permits to keep them away. The helmet law that was repealed did so much damage that things will never be the same. I'm less than 1 hour away from Myrtle Beach and I haven't been to bike week in 2 years.
