I went up for the first weekend, not much for vendors, caught wind of some attempts up by conway and bearfoot landing. do to sundays weather I didn't get a chance to hit either. looks like they are working on skirting around MB and the more power to them.

I had a good time, Murrels Inlet was hopping pretty good the second weekend The Blvd was dead because of the weather. I even made the paper:

MB made their decision to alienate bikers. There are plenty of places I can ride and spend my money that are happy to have me. I haven't been there in years, on my bike or otherwise. I also refuse to promote them as a destination for any type of vacation family or friends are planning. It may, or may not hurt their economy, I just don't feel right patronizing that community when it is so obvious they don't want me there on my bike.

I was talking to a vendor at Barefoot that said the same thing... 40 vendor registrations this year, and there were more than 450 4 years ago!!! MB city ruined it. The weather was tough to ride around, but we still had a good time between the raindrops! Still put 300 miles on my bike while there for the week.
