Default Adapting a 76FLH for the disabled

Have been trying to adapt my FLH so I can finally ride it! Bought a Velorex 565 3 months ago, and am not happy at all with bike handling.
Can't afford a Lehman or similar conversion, so am looking into a Voyager or Instatrike kit. Have any of you ever used one of them, if so, did it feel stable and predictable?
