Severe Tendonitis!
#21
I've been dealing with tennis elbow on my right arm. It hasn't affected my riding yet but I've had to change around my workouts in the gym. I can't use dumbbells and any kind of bicep curls hurt. I need to get a wrap for it.

I got it in my finger joints using the old style post hole digger. During a physical I asked what to do about it. Doc said it would take about a year for it to completely disappear. He was right.

Go to Home Depot and buy the small powerful magnets that are about the size of a dime. Then buy an Ace bandage, wrap it around your elbow, and put the magnets in the bandage around the elbow. Go to sleep with it on your arm and remove it in the morning. It cured my tendinitis in a couple days and I had it bad but not as severe as yours.

I have been told that acupuncture will cure it. I wish that I had it done before having epacondilecitimes both median and radical. I could not lift a gallon of milk of the table. This operation is for golfers and tennis elbow.Doc would not give anymore cortisone. Got my arms back but don't curl 100 lps anymore.

The ez pull worked for me for awhile but.... Got to an orthopedic and have them do what they do. Eventually I opted for the surgery, cured that problem. On some it works better than others, talk with your doc.
Having carpel and nerve relocation on my right arm in a week and then the left after that. Summer is pretty much tied up with these.
Good luck.

Guy goes to the doctor, lifts his arm over his head, and says "Doc, it hurt's when I go like that!" Doc says "Don't go like that. OK, that'll be $100."
If you constantly lean on a desk (for example) certain muscles and tendons will be continuously under stress, w/ rarely a break. If you constantly use your left hand as a vice to hold boards for cutting w/ your right hand, the tendons and muscles in your left hand, arm and shoulder will be continuously under stress and may need help to release, once the day's work is done.
Figure out how you're hurting yourself, and Don't go like that!
