my doctor will give me a steroid shot when mine gets too bad...can only do that once every few months though. isn't there some kind of easy clutch accessory to lighten the pull or how about a hydraulic clutch?

Thanks for all the other replies, even the "cut it off" reply, been using ice and heat and a tennis elbow brace, it's getting better. Also like I said I'm calling the Doc in the am.

Go see a chiropractor...some do what's called "stripping", not the good kind...it's where they strip down your arm and try to fix it that way, they will also get you to do some special exercises. After a month if that doesn't work go see an orthopedic doc...get an MRI. They show more than a doc can see from the outside. You could have a ruptured tendon.
Go to a doc and be sure. Cortisone shots hurt like hell but can offer temporary relief

I've got it too, much better now, but when I abuse (over use) my right arm. Husband calls it Garden Elbow, because thats how I damaged it. Digging plants out, transplanting them elsewhere, weeding. I wear a brace when I do repetitive moves like sanding or raking. It takes a LONG time to heal, and way too easy to set it off again. Good luck.
