They say 96 decibels at 1/2 throttle.
That's with their stock baffles.

Not sure about the quiet or performance levels.

No idea what the decibels are but for me they are just right stock out of the box. On my bike the sound is perfect and I wear a half helmet. Theyexit behind me and under the bags and such so it blocks a lot of the sound. Now for the folks around me i think they are loud. My son was behind me the other day on the highway and i jumped all over it. He said it was loud as could be even overhis stereoand subs.

I would suggest calling the company that makes Rhinehart pipesfor the decibel level on the ones you ordered; also find out what the decibel level is on their quiet baffel and change up or cancel all together until you can do more research on the type of slip on you want. There's a company on ebay that will rework your stock pipes for you at the decibel level you desire ( just look under harley touring pipes &you'll find it).

PS It's not recommended to be exposed to a decibel level higher than 90 for more than an 8 hour period, above that lower the exposure time; as for me I like a little rumble, so I wear fitted ear plugs.
