Ordered a shorty helmet from Helmet etc.com in 1/2012. Using their sizing chart ordered a medium. Helmet arrived and was to small. Returned helmet for refund and after many unanswered emails, called the listed phone number left voicemail, no response. Check Florida BBB, the company has an "F" rating with 54 complaints of poor service. Recommend you go elsewhere for online helmet purchases.
