Maybe if you wear it every day of the year and it has features that you can't find in other jackets is it worth it, but I wouldn't poay it even if I did grow money on trees in my yard. I have my $300 Schott NYC jacket that I have worn for 7 years, and it seems fine to me. I actually find it extremely comfortable. However, I don't need a pocket to keep a weapon in, as I live in CA...

Just bought one for my girl for XMAS. Paid $390 for it with 30% off. It isa really nice jacket. Removeable liners, armor, waterproof. Looks like it would actually protect you if you needed it to. $600 is a lot of money for a jacket where I come from but it's your money...get what you want. It is a nice jacket.

Just a thought but some might think"weakness" could bewearing what somone else thinks you should wear.Ifwearing an FXRG jacket was perceived as weak, I would consider standing elsewhere or with different people. Just a thought...

 

OK, I bought one of these jackets about 2 1/2 years ago. I had looked for jackets that had vents like this and wasn't able to find many. Given some other features I wanted the FXRG Leather seemed to be what I wanted. (also a lot of companies don't make jackets in my size)

ANYWAY...

I love this jacket. I've been caught in freezing rain on back to back days, riden in 100+ temps. had rocks, june bugs and gosh knows what hit the jacket, it keeps me warm, dry and cool as needed and there is plenty of leather there to absorb impacts.
It is the one piece of gear I own that I wouldn't trade or upgrade. It deals with everything I need it to exactly as advertised. It is, in short, a damn fine jacket.

Worth the money TO ME.

 

Worth every penny. 3 total liners and nothing is warmer.Got mine for 480.00 when my dealer had a sale.

 

If $600.00 seems like too much, then it is, if doesn't buy it. All my gear is H-D, but my son worked at a dealership and the prices I paid seemed reasonable. I would never buy it at full retail though.

 

If you buy it is worth it...if you don't you wish you had.

BUT, if it is this difficult to decide, you don't want to spend the money. Go get lap dances instead.

 

I bought an HD jacket!! But, I found it on a clearence rack for like $280!! So I bought it. HD has some good leather products but, really over priced
