Hey Hd_Kw, I read through your thread here. I was just curious, how are things are going with your ride since your fix? I'm having a similar problem and will be digging into it.

Had the same thing on my 07 last summer,

It just started missing out after about 90 miles on a tank fill up. After second time I knew what it was because all the times I've read about it in here. Thank God I was near enough to gas stations that she didn't die on me.
After the second time I filled up around every 50 miles till fixed.

I was over 500 miles from home and it took 3 dealer stops to find one that had all the parts to fix her..

Charles in W, Vir. took me right in and I was on the road 2 hrs later with all new parts inside the tank..


Any way U now have some new parts along with new fuel lines and filter.

 

also like tlb say to change your injectors out . you also metioned you changed your exhaust multiple times i would get a super tuner and get it dynoed

 

Just thinking, when mine had the pin hole in the gas line and was running bad a couple yrs ago she had several diff Codes when checked by the wrench at Charles in WV.

After fixing He cleared them out and rode my bike for a while to make sure nothing else showed up.

In my reading seems the pin holes can be caused by Ethanol in the gas, some say Using Sta-Bil can do it, (makes the gas line Soft) and others say the line is rubbing in the tank in some others.

Any way just glad Ur up and running.
