Hells Angels suing Rob Dyrdek
#61
Obviously none of you watch Rob Dyrdek. The man does so much for charity and those who have nothing. The dude has a huge heart and is all about making everyone around him happy.
When is the last time you bagged up new clothes for homeless people, or gave a poor family an SUV? How about paid to build an entire skate park? Flame on all you want, but I'm not going to back HA on this because I want to sound cool. Yes Drama made a mistake, but seriously, talking like HA should make millions from this? Maybe a cease and desist, and a reparation, but not millions.
Like I said, flame on....

Call me crazy but I've always thought the New England Patriots logo bears a striking resembelance to the 81 logo.
I know I know, faces other direction, differernt colors, no feathers, no skull etc. etc. etc.
It's by NO means a rip-off or even close enough to suggest copyright trademark issues, but I'm sure the designer of the Patriot logo had seen or was familiar with the HA flaming skull.

Ex: Couple years ago a man I know was selling bootleg NBA (Spurs) gear in the San Antonio area. It was all counterfeit and he knew it. He had purchased thousands of those Official NBA hologram stickers off.... eBay. Ran his operation for years and one day got busted by the FEDS. He is a great man but was breaking the law. Cost him the entire business and he is still paying off the federal fines / damages.
It wasn't the NBA that busted him it was the government. Spurs had nothing to do with it.

Last time i looked 81's did there fair share of charity work.. As most clubs do but i havent seen anyone stand up and say o there good people so the law shouldnt apply to them just the oppsit!! The law will pull them over for a brake light being out in the middle of toy run and pull every one over wearing the same cut..
No one stands up a says there doing good should be in trouble..
