My wifes car broke down at work and I had to pick her up on my bike, I ride with my riders backrest so her quick release backrest was not on the bike.

I called the local HD dealer and told them that my wife and I needed to borrow a backrest for 24 hours to go 22 miles home (my wife will not ride unless she has her backrest).

The lead sales rep. said "No problem; we should be able to hook ya up". Long story short I got a backrest to use for the day off of a brand new RK, I told the salesman I want to thank the future owner...

My hats off to the HD guys! They really know how to treatt their customers.

Would a metric shop do this? I think not.

I am always glad to hear there is still some kindness in the world. Post the dealers name, a dealer that does that deserves the recognition
