The owner has been located by the VIN. Apparently he lost 3 family members in the tsunami, as well as his Harley.

It wasn't in a storage container, but it was the box from a moving van.

HD Moco is going to ship it back to Japan, and have the Japanese Moco restore it and give it back to the guy.
