S100 27 years old and several motorcycle magazines plus Harley endorses it. Hmm.....

No, quite the opposite. It is very BASIC at the other end of the pH spectrum.

A. It is not even close to acid......it is BASIC at the other end of the pH spectrum.

B. It is a great product, period.

I never had any problems with S100. I switched to Simple Green cause it was cheaper and seemed to work better.

Was telling some one at the HD dealer that I was using Simple Green now and a customer that over heard me said his buddy destroyed the chrome on his bike with Simple Green. I told him he was full of crap.

I buy Simple Green by the gallon. I have a small pump sprayer that use to spray it in all the nooks and crannies and up inside the fenders, under the motor, trans, etc. Spray it on, rinse it off. Blow it dry with the leave blower and lemon pledge on the fenders and tank. Turtle Chrome polish on the chrome.

s100 engine brightener works fine on the engine and some wheels, just don't let it sit there for more than a minute at most. Haven't used their other products but the rest of the bike shouldn't need a product like s100. A good quality car wash and wax is plenty good.

Have to agree... I personally don't care for the S100 cleaner/wash (whatever.) Maquires car wash does a great job, and doesn't strip the wax.

However, the S100 engine brightener is the SHIZZLE!

It's cheap & works well and if you use a good carnuba wax 3 times during the season the dish soap will not wash off the wax and the water will bead up. Just wipe down with a shammy or give it a blow dry. Wax will also build up after awhile. It also protects the paint from minor scratches and abrasions. Wash the bike in between waxes, and use Pledge if you want a quick shine.
nevermind....dish soap sucks

I have used S100 for quite a few years and only had problem with the spray foam in the can. It left white pits on the aluminum forks so I stopped using it. The green liquid spray works fine however and is the best spray on stuff I've seen for cleaning aluminum. I spray it on, let it set for about 30 seconds then rinse it off really well.
