You could try something like LeatherNu. I just got some for my car to repair the leather. Seems to be hit or miss with these products. Worse case you could take the seat cover off and repair from the other side. Depending on the seat they might just be stapled/glued on.

depending on the age and shape of the seat, if it isn't real new you could just get an upholstery needle and some thread and sew it yourself. Then when riding season is over have it recovered.
