You could try something like LeatherNu. I just got some for my car to repair the leather. Seems to be hit or miss with these products. Worse case you could take the seat cover off and repair from the other side. Depending on the seat they might just be stapled/glued on.

What type of seat, any pics?
You can try and repair it but your best option is probably to recover the seat.

New seat or auto upholstery shop will fix it.

Call Mean City Cycles. They do repairs as well as mods to seats.

+1 on an upholstery shop. Probably could do it same day if scheduled.

depending on the age and shape of the seat, if it isn't real new you could just get an upholstery needle and some thread and sew it yourself. Then when riding season is over have it recovered.

Auto upholstery shop is the way to go. While you are at it, have the seat cushion replaced with gelfoam. Much more comfortable.

Another recommendation for Mean City Cycles! Excellent work.......I think the repair cost is 25.00 per panel.

Look at the damage as an opportunity to get a great seat custom made with some exotic skin. This guy does fantastic work.
