Look at the damage as an opportunity to get a great seat custom made with some exotic skin. This guy does fantastic work.

depending on where its at and how big you can get some heavy duty brush on glue, cut some same color vynal in to small chopped up shavings apply glue over hole, sprinkle on shavings let dry completely and you will get some more life out of seat untill you can afford recover or replacement.

If you just poked a hole with your key, go to autozone, they have a vinyl repair kit for less than 10 bucks. I did this with mine over 2 years ago, still good. God guys, he doesnt need a new seat, 10 dollar repair at most

This is what I did. The black didnt match exactly but you really cant see it unless you look closely. I did mine about 1 1/2 months ago and no one has noticed it. ( Im sure now someone will since I said something about it)

I dropped my brand new Corbin seat for my goldwing on the concrete, and screwed it up big time, 1/2" hole in the rear, and the side was totally scraped up too.
I had a local guy who does vinyl repair fix both spots for $40, and you can't even see it unless you get real close. Damn, was I pissed, but after seeing the repair, I was happy to pay the $40! He mixed up some compound and filled the holes, then uses a textured pad to put a leather texture onto the compound, then squirted on some paint/dye, and it was all done in less than 20 minutes!
