Question Help Identifying Handlebars Please.

Hi,

I am new here.

Can someone please identify the handlebars on these two bikes for me please. I think the first one (Charlie Sheen) one is a buckhorn style and the second (Lorenzo Lamas) mini ape hangers... have I got this right? Thanks for any help,

Gold.

They both look like apes to me...just different styles of bars and risers.

LOL, I was asking about the _handlebars_ not the riders, but I see what you mean

Thanks trainedkilla, I guess there are many different styles of ape bars depending on the manufacturer. Thanks.

Buckhorns on Charlie Sheen's bike and looks like stock Wide Glide or some other brand of ape bars on Lorenzo's bike.

The 2nd to bottom pic looks like stock bars from a Softail Custom - same as are on my bike in the sig pic. The bottom pic of the same bars looks like about 12" mini-apes, but maybe not softail custom bars, looking at the straight on. Either way, some softail custom mini-apes will be about the same (see below).

The upper pics look like the stock risers from a softail standard with some buckhorn bars that are a little different than what was stock on my bike, but not much. Maybe a pre-2000 stock softail standard bar??

Original 2004 Softail Standard bars:

The top picture look exactly like my stock buckhorn bars on my 1986 FXSTC with 4.5" pullback risers.

All of the Softail Customs and Standards from 84 to 99 came with 6" pull back risers, and Buckhorn bars. I think they changed in 2000 to a different style bar. I have a magazine with Lorenzo's Softail in it, and the bars appear to be 12 or 14" apes on short risers.
